Per the terms of the Trade In offer, you’ll receive your £100 cashback via your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the old Dyson vacuum you’re trading in.
If you need further support, our UK Customer Care team are best-placed to help as they’ll be able to directly access your records on our system.
You can reach them by visiting Dyson.co.uk and click the round purple button to launch the Dyson Digital Assistant. Then click the agent icon in the bottom left corner of the chat window to start a conversation with our Customer Care team.

No problem getting thru to assistant but they need a photo of postal receipt, unfortunately the system will not allow me to send as file is to large. Resulted in refusal too progress refund even though gave him full details including barcode serial no. Not impressed.
This should have been automatic non of this necessary.
