I purchased a dyson supersonic blow dryer my 3rd one and was robbed on my birthday I was suppose to receive it but I never did and no signature was required:(
and dyson was quick to not help me at all!!!.
I'm so disappointed 😞 they declined my claim In less then a hour…
Any suggestions what I can do?

If it was stolen, you’ll have to report it to the police and via the delivery company - If you can evidence the crime, I’m sure Dyson would refund you or replace the unit. I think you’ll be hard pushed to find any company that replace or refund a ‘stolen item’ without evidence. Otherwise everyone would make the claim.

I think you’ll be hard pushed to find any company that replace or refund a ‘stolen item’ without evidence. Otherwise everyone would make the claim.
I agree with Kirby here. As the item was never delivered, you might consider speaking to the courier. If you paid by CC consider raising a dispute. You’ll need a police report to backing it up. It’s a chance to have the the money returned at the very least.
