V Ball wheel won't stay on V15 digital motorbar cleaner head

How do I get the V Ball wheel on the digital motorbar cleaner head repaired on my V15 Direct vacuum?  It came off and it looks like the screw was stripped from the head itself.  It no longer screws in.  Vacuum is still under warranty.
