the fan we received is great but nightmare when oscillating sound come at middle of night, we have to turn off otherwise y cant sleep, and i noticed that only when oscillating . Any idea to solve it otherwise i should return, just 1 day

@Lucia2022 Thanks for your post, this could be a number of different things depending on which specific unit it is and what the noise is - I’d recommend going on your local support page. There, you can enter your Dyson’s serial number and get a visual guide to resolve this for you based on the type of machine it is and the specific noise you’re hearing.
