dyson v7 not charging

Hello, 

 

My Dyson v7 will charge for 30 second to a minute and then disconnect from the charger (light turns off) I have tried replacing the charger and also the battery and neither has fixed the issue. Any suggestions??

@Clo1717 If you did replace the battery and charger with official Dyson parts - then the only other possible culprit would be the “main body” part.

If you used 3rd party parts, I suspect those parts may be the culprit.
