@pritchetthead If you go on the Dyson support page, you can enter your Dyson’s serial number in and get a step by step connection guide specific to your model.

Trying to add a Big + Quiet Formaldehyde, Y5N-UK-*** to iOS MyDyson app

Hi all, I’m having the same problem, iOS myDyson app does not accept a valid Big+Quiet model’s serial number. It shows correctly on the Dyson web page, in “My machines” section:

@Adam.Steinberg I suspect something’s wrong with the iOS app; please forward this to Dyson developers to investigate. Maybe Dyson iOS app does not support any Big+Quiet’s yet?
