V12 Slim accessories

I have been trying to order an extra filter and extra fluffy thingy for my V12 Slim Detect, they have been out of stock on my Dyson App since I purchased it 3 months ago, intact nearly everything is out of stock. I have signed up to be notified but no luck ? Any help please

@summer123 Thanks for the post. We don’t have an update beyond that you will be notified by the inventory bot when that part is available. All the best to you.

I am in the UK does that make a difference?

is there a phone number to call for more help. Seems a bit pointless having a bot to control information of stock.  A human would be of more help.
