Brand new Dyson V15 does not charge

On Christmas day, my two-month old Dyson vacuum V15 completely stopped charging. Not happy that a brand new very expensive piece of equipment stops working after 2 months. I am not charging through the dock - I am using the charger plugged into the wall and going directly into the port in the battery (the simplest way that should be problem free but it is not). Does anyone have an advice? Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Hi @Nosydinlagunabeach , thanks for your post. I am so sorry to hear that your Dyson is no longer working as intended. Please confirm if you are experiencing low run times or if you no longer see battery lights when connected to the charger?
