please help with my dyson.

Hello my name is Sonja, my dyson is a dyson Vll absolute extra. I cleaned the roller on my  vacuum, now it won't roll anymore.  Please  help

Hello @SONJA LEE thanks for reaching out here. So sorry to hear that you are having this issue. We suggest removing the wand from your machine and attaching the floor tool directly to the bin, check to see if it spins while connected that way. If it does spin while directly connected you will need a new wand (stick), if your floor tool does not spin, please check any other motorized tools if they spin that floor tool needs to be replaced, if no motorized tools spin you will need a new main body for your machine. If you have any questions about parts or warranty coverage, please contact customer service direct from our website for more assistance.
