Dyson offered to fix and now changed their mind
doing a bit of online research lots of people having the same problem and also found that battery can’t be changed! How many people have £300 of worthless product in their home?

Hi. I’ve just joined today to try and get some sort of help with my corrale. It’s been happening around 3-4 months
as soon as I start to use it runs out. Not very happy as they are so expensive. I know you posted 6 months ago but I’m wondering if you could give me advice. Thanks 🙏
Hello. I called Dyson. Told me that a machine costing £400 could not be fixed. I can’t actually believe that you would sell such an expensive item and it can’t be fixed. I was offered a replacement with a discount and she told me the replacement would be £299.99. I can’t afford to be spending anymore money. I’m not happy and won’t be buying Dyson hair products ever again. What an absolute waste of money. £400 for an item that lasted under 3 years
