Switch out Dyson Airwrap US for India

Hi,

I need to switch out my Dyson Airwrap that I purchased in the US for an Airwrap purchased in India as I am moving countries. We don’t buy such expensive electronics for them to not work in different countries.

 

can anybody help please? Product is still under 2 yr warranty and located in SF.

Hi @ag_91 That is a great question. Currently Dyson does not have an international exchange policy. All machines purchased are only good for the country in which they were purchased in. You would need a converter, however using a converter will cause damage to the machine.
