I have been using v10 for the past three years. Recently, the performance worsened and I kept getting “clean” signal in about every few days. I called customer service in Turkey. When I stated my problem, the customer rep told me that I should not use my dyson to clean cat litter as it may harm the machine. This is the first time I heard about it, there is no statement/ warning about it in the user’s manual. Also, you advertise dyson particularly for pet owners. It should not be limited to cleaning pet hair only. Cleaning cat litter is the main issue for cat owners. If I cant use my dyson to clean cat litter why would I buy one in the first place. Appreciate clarification on the issue please. I am not happy about the cleaning performance.
