Hi everyone,
I got a new V15 detect absolute from Amazon. The package delivered today. The product looks working, but I have some doubts about the product.
1- instead of gold, the plastic parts are gray and black
2- pamplet and app says the product is v15 detect, not absolute
3- there are some wave patterns on the plastic. Seems low quality
So, am I being ripped off or is this normal?

This does appear to be a genuine Dyson machine - the flowlines in the plastic are a normal part of the injection molding process, and nothing to be concerned about. However as it wasn’t purchased from an authorised Dyson retailer, we wouldn’t be able to confirm if this particular variant was originally intended to be sold in your country, or manufactured for a different market.
