I keep getting blockage detected even after cleaning everything. It’s a complete nightmare after only one or 2 uses. Its not heavy dirt, regular dust and hair. This unit is not fit for purpose and I’m appalled after spending so much money on this unit. I’ve had a dyson before and was quite happy apart from the battery degradation, which pretty much forced me to buy a new one. How can I get my money back or some kind of satisfaction. I spent more time this morning trying to clear these ‘blockages’ than getting my floor clean, which it isn’t still, back to a handbrush!
