blue discoloration on new sakura pink dyson airwrap

I JUST got back from japan and used my limited edition pink airwrap only 2 times. I barely used it because i have been wanting to film unboxing content. When i went to wipe it down before placing it back in the box, i noticed blue staining around my wand….. it will not come off no matter what i do and i have absolutely no idea where it came from. I have kept it so protected for the sake of the unboxing video so i absolutely do not think i caused the stains. Ive been wanting an airwrap for YEARS and they finally came out with the perfect color. The reason i got this one is because i loved the pink and if the color is already ruined within just 3 uses, then i wasted my money on this. I am extremely disappointed. It looks worse in person than in the photos and my airwrap just looks overall dirty now. @dyson is there anything you guys can do? Is there anything i can do to get rid of and prevent the stains?

I know it doesn’t look TOO bad in the photos but also it’s been used only twice so i can only imagine how much worse it’s going to get if i keep it like normal… I’m so disappointed
