Does anyone think it is bit bizarre a company that prides themselves as “World Class” and “Iconic Support” (Dyson) … actually has one of the worst support policies in the entire consumer electronics sector? When, not if, your Dyson craps out… you have to send back and wait 18 fricken days for a replacement???? Garbage! Shame on Dyson! I had to go back to Costco, buy a new one and will return it when my crap replacement comes back! this company is a complete joke!
