Does anyone think it is bit bizarre a company that prides themselves as “World Class” and “Iconic Support”  (Dyson) … actually has one of the worst support policies in the entire consumer electronics sector? When, not if, your Dyson craps out… you have to send back and wait 18 fricken days for a replacement???? Garbage! Shame on Dyson! I had to go back to Costco, buy a new one and will return it when my crap replacement comes back! this company is a complete joke!

Just curious did they ever resolve your issue? As I am having a horrible time with there support as well.

I have been using Dyson products for 10 years. I bought new hair dryer from the Dyson demo store at Times Square over a year ago. After sending it for repair and making countless chats and calls, it was so exhausting. I have now been waiting for more than a year without receiving any emails. The only suggestion I keep getting from them is to call and check again next week. I finally gave up. Hope you all have better luck than me. I will no longer support Dyson. Felt like I was robbed of $468.15!
