Hi, My Corrale has suddenly died 6 months out of warranty. When i press the power button a white light flashes which i read means the battery failed. I phoned the customer service team who say it cannot to fixed so i can pay £99 for refurbished or 25% off. I think this is a disgrace for a machine that is so expensive. The girl in customer service in Honduras said she sent an email 13 times which i never received to get the refurbished ones. Dyson should be doing sonething about the battery issues. Really poor. Can anyone help?
