My Dyson Cyclone v10 Animal is halfway through its five year warranty, and the battery life is completely destroyed. I'm told this is 'normal'. Expectations are 5 minutes for Boost, 30 minutes for High and 60 minutes for Low.
At this point Low just brushes the carpet with little to no suction. On High I can get it to go for 5-7 minutes, about half a large room. And using Boost at all, even five seconds, means it'll be dead within another 60 seconds. ANd then it needs to charge for an hour.
I have done all the trouble shooting multiple times. How do i get DYson to listen to me? This is ridiculous for a $500 machine. Help.
