I got my wash g1 yesterday and went to try it out but the water isn’t doing anything - not going through the unit - it’s like a heavy vacuum cleaner with a water holder on it. I rang Dyson support and the only option is to leave a message. No one has returned my call. I’m really frustrated as I have several Dyson products and love them all but this one and the support is disappointing.
