Cleaning head brush excessive play on end

Was cleaning a rug and it became stuck.  Cleared rug, but the brush was sticking when move thr vacuum forward.  Cleaned canister & brush head my UP1 upright. Still sticky when brush on.  Removed head again abd discovered the end of the brush had 1/8" end play.  Is thr end play adjustable or do I need a new bushing?

Thanks for the response.  Determined through additional research that my initial observation was incorrect.  It wasn't the roller brush that was sticking, it was the left wide roller ball.  Not sure what happened but the filter inside the left side roller ball became loose. The filter itself had scuff marks where it was rubbing against the roller ball housing.

After a few tries, I was able to successfully remount the filter correctly.  Then the vacuum rolled and worked normally.

Sorry for the false alarm.  Myu fault.  Thanks again for you quick response.

Hi @Reolds,

No problem at all, and thank you for the update.

Glad to hear re-securing the post-motor filter has resolved the issue for you.
