Hi, I know a similar question has been posted before but the question and answer didn't quite clarify the issue. Let me explain what's happening in my case.
I am in a cold climate and right now I need my Dyson in heat mode to keep my office room warm. When my room reaches the set temperature, the fan heater stops blowing (this is fine and expected). However, sometimes I the begin to feel a cool breeze on my back and when I turn around, I see the Dyson is blowing a small cool breeze, which I can feel with my hand. Looking at the temperature display, it shows 1° higher than my set temperature, so it seems that the fan is trying to cool the room down. This is not what I want to happen.
Since it is a cold climate, I am fine with the room cooling itself down over time. I don't need the fan to assist with dropping the temperature as this means the heater comes back on again in faster intervals and costs more money to run.
Is there any way to prevent the fan from blowing cool air after the heater reaches temperature?
