wand/shaft V11 absolute

Hi, I have the V11 absolute. The blue shaft has come apart at the top where it goes into the lid of the bin. Where the red button is. The grey piece is now hanging by the wires. Is this common ? The machine is only just 2 years old. Never ever had this issue with the cheap vacuums.

Hi there @mickandlesleym  sorry to hear you have had this experience. While we certainly do not expect these type issues to occur with use and over the course of time you could see some parts they may need replacing. This would indicate you need a new wand. You can order that directly from our website under the support tab.
