tvoc measurements on my Dyson BO04 is very high while the measurement of tvoc on my other air wuality measurement device reads low. Why is that?

The indoor air quality graphs within the MyDyson™ app use data directly from your Dyson Big+Quiet™ purifier’s onboard sensors. Your machine will continually sample and analyse your indoor air quality as airflow is passing through it. If you have Continuous monitoring enabled, you’ll be able to access readings all the time.
It would be difficult to speculate about what source may be causing a spike in VOC readings in your particular indoor environment.
As your externally-located air quality sensors haven’t been manufactured by Dyson, they may be calibrated differently or use a different sensor technology - we wouldn’t be able to comment on the accuracy of their results.
It’s hard to give a definitive answer here, but hope this information is useful.
