Warning icon prevents continious monitoring

Hi,

 

We’ve been experiencing a warning icon on our Dyson hot and cool purifier (https://www.dyson.co.uk/support/journey/guides/368865-01?machineId=368865-01) for the past month, things we’ve tried to fix it:

  • hard reset
  • powercycling 

I’ve also followed instructions to enter the diagnostic mode and have the following error codes

008-02-01-2

008-03-01-2

008-04-01-2

008-01-01-2

008-02-01-2

 

any ideas would be appreciated, the errors are preventing us from getting any information about air quality and temperature, however the heating element still works.

This sounds like an unusual issue, and to help pinpoint the cause we'll need our Customer Care experts to take you through some further troubleshooting checks when you have your Dyson heater purifier easily to hand. If a repair is needed, they’ll be able to confirm if this is covered under your Dyson guarantee.
