I just received my Dyson TP07 today. I bought it to help mainly with the cat hairs/litter box odors from the in the living room. The problem is it get knocked over by my cats and I'm worried that it will break at last. Any suggestion regarding this?

Hi @zleb

Thanks for posting a question.

Your cats sound very similar to mine, anything that is new in the room, they must touch, push and probe. They have been a nightmare with the Christmas tree.

There isn’t an easy fix here, I’d strongly recommend finding an area of the room/home where you can still get the benefit of the machine, but where the cat are not so inclined to do this.

If the machine has been dropped or has damage, please reach out to the local team for support. They will be able to talk you through the steps to get a repair or replacement. Visit www.dyson.com and choose the ‘Support’ option to see the best way to get in touch with them in your market.

Thanks,

Stuart
