as the title say, I can’t upload a video but when I click the deep clean button nothing happens. Long press on it shows the below animation for 5 sec and then disable the deep clean option.
also when click the rotation button I can a triangle with exclamation mark.
i followed all the online guides but nothing helped. I contacted Dyson chat but they weren’t too helpful.
please help me - it is a new device I received as a gift.
