I plugged in my Dyson hot and cool fan and it ‘Pinged’ and won’t work at all. I changed sockets, changed fuse and tried a reset but nothing. I contacted Dyson they said they could not repair it, all they could offer was 25% off a new one! I purchased it in 2018, not used that much, just purchased a filter costing £55. Any help appreciated. Thanks

If it is one of the models they’ve ‘retired’, they won’t be able to repair it. Shame in my eyes, but I guess their diagnostic rigs surpass their older tech! You might want to try YouTube. Try entering the model number and search for repair videos. I’m sure there’ll be something there. The other alternative is to take it into a repair shop, asking if they’ll have a look at it.
