Hi I bought hot cool formaldehide last year so first winter in use and very disappointed. It blows out as much cold air on hot setting as it does warm air and as a result room doesn’t heat above 18 degrees. Been back and tested and they say it’s ok. Resorted back to ancient convector heater that heats the room quickly on half setting, any clues please ??
