Don't buy anything from Dyson, the worst experience I ever had!

I made an online purchase of the Dyson Airwrap and a comb over a month ago. The Dyson Airwrap never arrived; only the comb did. I called Dyson customer service many times, and they provided incorrect information. They updated my address, but the package was still sent to the wrong address. I called to cancel the order and get a refund, but more than 15 days have passed, and I never received the refund! I have never had such a bad experience with any customer service! Dyson has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

same thing happened to me. They literally do nothing for customer service.
