Wondering if anyone has been able to make their Japan purchased Dyson products such an air purifier fan cool link work on a US MyDyson app? Having troubles just getting my Japanese device added to MyDyson app. Also haven’t had any luck finding any other topics related posted. Would be great if I could make it work 😆

It wouldn't be possible to register a Dyson machine with a Japanese serial number in the US instance of the MyDyson™ app.
When creating your MyDyson™ account and logging in, you'll need to have your country location set to Japan to successfully register your machine. If you already have your app set up for the US, and have US-bought machines within your account, there would be no way of adding a Japanese machine to your existing account.
