I recently purchased an air purifier (TP09) which is officially sold here. I came home to realise that the MyDyson app is not available in Bulgaria. I understand that this might be the case for products not sold officially here, but this unit is sold officially here by the distributer. When can we expect the availability of the app in Bulgaria?

Sorry for the delay in coming back to you on this question, but I’m happy to confirm the MyDyson™ app is now available to download in Bulgaria, with an English language interface. Other new market releases include Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Kuwait, Qatar, Serbia, South Africa and Vietnam.
