Welcome to the Dyson Community!
If your machine’s carbon filter has become completely saturated, it can be possible for odours to off-gas back into the room. The rate at which this happens depends on the indoor environment each machine is being used in.
In the first instance we’d recommend replacing the filters to resolve this issue.
