Saw this in several other posts and it was never solved. So I thought I'd try again.
Suddenly the display is only showing a line and no numbers. (See picture)
Night mode and information buttons do not help this issue.

To reiterate again - you shouldn’t be on the screen showing the air quality chart with the line, which does not include numbers.
You should be on the screen labeled PM 2.5, as shown on the image I posted. On the PM 2.5 screen, after for 5-10 seconds, you should see the real time particle count number appear on that screen.
Stay on that screen, and do not switch back to the air quality chart screen!

Have you tried using the Information button to scroll to the screen labelled ‘PM 2.5’, then waiting for 5-10 seconds, as outlined here?
This should bring up the live particle counter, which I think are the numbers you’re referencing.

I have cycled through the info button options and landed back on that screen with no changes. Is that what you mean by waiting 5-10 seconds? Changing the info display and coming back to the 2.5 display? If so, then yes, I have tried that. But it didn't change anything.

Just to be clear, I’m recommending that you -
- Use the ‘I’ button on the remote to cycle through the different LCD screen options until you land on the PM 2.5 screen.
- Stay on the PM 2.5 screen until the real time particle count number appears - which should happen when you remain on this screen for 5-10 seconds.
Let me know if this is what you’ve tried.

Yes, I have done that several times. No change. Still just a line without numbers.
