Evaporator error?

I replaced my evaporator after 2 years of use. The humidifier is coming up with the error (pic of evaporator with an arrow going all the way to the top) over and over. The orange filter light at the top is lit up. I press the lit up button, nothing happens. It just shows this pic of the evaporator over and over with the arrow going all the way to the top like it's filling up.  Is there a way I can reset, hard reset, what is this machine trying to tell me?

the machine is a PH04.
