Hello everyone,
My Dyson Air Purifier’s display panel occasionally turns completely black screen, which makes it difficult to monitor air quality and settings.
The purifier still operates as expected, but this intermittent blackout is concerning. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and are there known solutions or workarounds? Thanks in advance for your help

To troubleshoot the machine, begin by resetting it. Unplug the machine from the power source and wait for 10 seconds. Ensure that the power cord is securely plugged into the center of the base. Once these steps are completed, plug the machine back into the power source and test it to confirm proper functionality.
