I have an issue in my Dyson V8 that i got in January 2024
The battery is dead after 7 months and the performance of the vacuum is bad
If a 500$ vacuum is not worth so i will go to get other brands that last more especially that i will not use it as frequent.

As with any battery, the battery in the Dyson V8™ vacuum is subject to degradation over time. The exact lifespan depends on how each individual machine is used, stored and maintained, but the warranty period is 2 years, and we would expect it to last at least that long.
We test all components rigorously to ensure our machines last as long as possible, and you can find some useful tips on prolonging the lifespan of your battery pack here:
