I cannot remove the fluffy laser head to clean it. I’ve followed the instructions and unclicked the non laser end, but the fluffy head cannot be pulled away from the laser end of the plastic casing. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? Thank you

No experience on removing it myself, although I’ve had to watch YouTube before when I got stuck. Maybe this video will help.It shows the process of removing the brush bar.

If it doesn’t work, you’ll be best serviced to call Dyson and make a part claim. They should send you a new head for free.

If there’s any string or hair tangled around the motorised cog, it could potentially get stuck. Is there anything there to cut away? If not, and its still stuck, I agree you should make a warranty claim.
