V12 submarine , new unit and big problem

Dear all  

 

Good day to everyone. 
I need your help 

i bought a V12 submarine. 
And the submarine wet roller is not working. 
it rolls but it didn’t dispense any water from the tank. 
 

and this just happen when I get a brand new unit home.

i had try many times and follow all setting up from the instructions video. My brother and my friend try either. Still no working. 
 

Any hints for this?
