v15 detect delivered without the stick?

I’m baffled by this, but my Dyson V15 Detect seems to arrived without the long vacuum “stick” that appears in the photos/user guides. I’ve looked everywhere, triple-checked the boxes, etc. But to be fair, this seems like one of the hardest parts to overlook. 

Problem is, all of the help/support guides don’t seem to anticipate that a Dyson could be delivered without a fundamental part. Both phone and chat support don’t seem to be letting me through. Anyone else have this issue? And how did you resolve it?

I found a solution -- I called the phone support and pressed 00 (not sure if the second was needed) _before_ the menu of options, and it got me through to an operator that was very helpful. The “stick” is called “wand” fyi
