Dyson’s first generation of the Robot vacuums have a product password which enable them to be connected.
Dyson 360 Eye™ robot vacuum is the first generation connected Robot vacuum. It requires a password to connect to the Dyson App.
This password can be found in three places:
1. On the sticker attached to the front of your machine. This is above the power button which is located at the bottom.
2. Behind the filter on the main body of your machine.
3. In the user guide supplied in the box.
