Purifier - Is No2 level 4 dangerous?

Hi, I purchased Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde™ TP09 purifying fan 3 years ago.

I have indoor No2 level 4 -8 everyday because my next door neighbor burns inscents in and out all day long. When they burn stuff, my dyson machine detects and the dyson app screen turns orange.  And it makes me wonder if its poisonous to be in my home.. I suffer from asthma and hoping this machine will help me breathe better to get rid of No2 level.

Is it bad to have level 4 NO2 value everyday?

@Yumika They cover this in their Common questions | Air treatment machines section.

The graph usually displays a colour, I’m not exactly sure the equivalent of level 4. The How do I understanding the pollutant levels and colours on the graph? | Dyson Community has a description of each colour.
