cant open the bin fully dyson outsize max

Bin knob is broken so trying to replace the bin but cant seem to take the bin out completely 

the red button is not coming out

Hello @Rrk4u  I am so sorry to see the troubles you are having with your Outsize. Please visit www.dyson.com and in the bottom right hand corner there is a flag. Click on that and it will take you to a page that will allow you to choose the country you reside in, since we are a global company. Once you get to the country you reside in, please choose the support option and someone will be happy to assist further. If you do live in the US, you can go to the same webpage I provided at www.dyson.com and click the purple thought bubble to get with a US customer service representative in chat.  Please have your serial number handy.
