I have been very frustrated recently with Dyson’s customer service as it seems everywhere i go its just a call center where every answer is on a piece of paper. For context: I bought a refurbished dyson airwrap in october 2023 ( a little over a year ago) and i totally understand that my warranty is up (after 1 year for refurbished items). But after going through live chat, which directed me to a dyson repair shop an hour from my house, the repair center told me that the dyson has a motor issue and they didn’t have the parts to fix it. Great. So i went home and called dyson and once again got a call center person and told me to go to dyson repair services. I emailed them a couple times, only answered the first in which they told me to go back to the closest dyson repair center after i had already told them i’d been there. I have messaged dyson on instagram and no response, and just recently messaged them through where i bought it which was walmart, but still a dyson product. I just want my dyson airwrap repaired without having to pay the money to buy a new one especially after taking such good care of my old one. Seems like it’s just dyson technology? And i LOVE my dyson and the way it makes my hair looks, but i should not resort to buying a brand new one just only after having one for a little over a year. Please let me know if there is anything i can do.
