I’m extremely frustrated with Dyson Poland’s customer service, and I need advice.
On February 10, 2025, I placed an order on dyson.pl for an air purifier and a lamp. The website promised 3-4 working days delivery, but it’s now February 24, and I still haven’t received my order.
After multiple attempts to contact customer support, Dyson Poland:
• Gave me a tracking number but didn’t tell me where to use it.
• Said their warehouse is in Germany, so they “can’t provide updates on my order.”
• Refused to cancel my order and issue a refund.
• Completely stopped responding to my messages.
At this point, I have no product, no money, and no real answers.
Has anyone else had similar issues with Dyson’s EU operations? What’s the best way to escalate this—should I reach out to Dyson’s central office, file a complaint with EU consumer protection, or request a chargeback from my bank?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
