I recently bought a Dyson V15 Submarine vacuum.  It works fine on the dry vacuum however when I connect the wet it gives a ‘Airflow blockage’ message.  There is no blockage

This sounds very unusual. This is the behaviour we would expect if the Dyson Submarine wet roller head is connected to a Dyson V15 Detect™️ vacuum without wet cleaning software, rather than a Dyson V15s Detect Submarine™️ vacuum.

Can we ask if you bought your machine brand new either from Dyson direct, or from an official Dyson retail partner?
