Let's Talk Airstrait - Who has one and what are your tips and experiences?

I love the Airstrait. I bought it as soon as it came out. Didn’t get a fancy color it was so new. I didn’t want to wait for the other colors to come out. This makes straightening my hair damage free for sure. I don’t even bother sectioning it LOL. I’m always in a hurry. Would be cool if it was cordless like the Corrale.

Heyyyyy Everyone! New Airwrap owner here.. Hi! I have all three barrels (20,30 and 40mm). I’m still trying to get the hang of using them but my hair is straight but frizzy. I used to use my straighteners to get that ‘relaxed beach wave look’ but now all these barrels open a whole new world of opportunities!!!! I need some inspiration ladies! Please, please show me what hairstyles you’ve achieved with these different barrels. I’m desperate for some tips! 😅 Also, any advice on how to hold the airwrap to get my hair styled quickly would be a bonus! 🤗 Thank you!! Lily Jane x

Dyson new Supersonic Colour - I am in LOVE!SPOTLIGHTED POST

I got the Dyson Airwrap in November last year AND I love it! I decided on the blue & rosé colourway, which looks so beautiful! I’ve just seen they have a new Topaz Orange colour AND I want it so so badly!! When will ceramic pink airwrap ID launch in France ?

Hello, does anyone has any information about the ceramic pink release in France ? I know that Jasper plum is actually available for purchase on the website, but as it is a limited edition I wonder if I can hope for the pink to be available or if I should just get the violet one quickly before it solds out. In the US, ceramic pink came first as a permanent collection and a week later they released jasper plum. Is there any way that the same will happen here ? Thanks a lot.

Airwrap motor issues!

So I have had my Dyson Airwrap for 2.5 years. I have only used the Airwrap a handful of times, unsuccessfully. Last week I decide to go to a service center near me since I didn’t feel the suction and Airwrap feature was working. Much to my dismay, the service center repairman called and informed me that there is a motor issue and that its going to cost $300 to fix it! It was at that same time, he delivered another blow, that my my warranty expired in July 2024! Now I’m torn whether to get it fixed, by a new one, or try out a cheaper alternative like the Shark brand styler! I am so upset and shocked at the repair cost and even more disappointed that after spending over $600, my Airwrap only lasted a little over two years! I am now left wondering if my recently purchased Dyson Ball vacuum and Dyson stick vacuum are going to die soon too! I am so disillusioned and frustrated with the Dyson brand! Anybody else having such issues?

I have been waiting three months for a replacement of a broken hair dryer. Have called more than 100 times, sent 30 mails, nothing nothing. This has been the worst customer service experience in a lifetime. DONT BUY DYSON, it is a FRAUD.

Corrale Flight Ready Proof.

Have always been a fan of Dyson. Got my Corrale back in Dec 2022, have been using it for the past 3 months and absolutely love it. Want to take my Corrale with me when I travel. Well aware of Flight mode and also strict restrictions in Japan which means I am not allowed to travel with my Corrale in and out of Japan. Trying to follow instructions here. However, unable to get approvals from Airlines without providing proof / evidence. The Corrale is UN 38.3 tested which means it is safe to be transported. However, spent a few hours with Dyson Support but unable to obtain a copy from Dyson on the UN 38.3 test report. It is marked on the Corrale that Voltage = 14.4V and Power = 55W but unable to get information from Dyson website or anywhere on Capacity (mAh/Ah and Wh) and unable to demonstrate it to the Airlines that the Corrale is below the Airlines’ power rating threshold. Dyson Support kept telling me I can travel with my Corrale except to/from Japan, however, unable to provide me with

supersonic nural gets hotter and hotter, can anyone help

Having a problem regulating my supersonic nural hairdryer with defuser attachment on. I manually set it to low speed, low heat which it starts out at then gets so hot I can’t put it near my head! It then cools down and heats back up on its own. Used it twice, dreading using it again.

got send the wrong item

I made an order about a week ago . I purchase the professional supersonic r blow dryer I called customer service to make sure the order I place was for the professional version not consumer. I talked to 3 different agents assuring me it was the correct item. Well today 3/14 I got my order opened it and realize the cord was extra short which can only mean I got the consumer and not the professional version . I contacted customer service and they said we can assure you the item is authentic and I told them okay but something isn’t right the professional should be 12ft cord and this isn’t 12ft after back and forth he confirmed I had received the consumer version not the professional one That since the professional was out of stock they send me the consumer instead i was never contacted by anyone informing me that my item was out of stock and they were sending me something else yet now they want me to send the item back and wait 2-3 weeks for a refund honestly very frustrating and unethica

Hi there! I wonder if someone could help. I returned a nural in January, DPD collected and a few days later got an email saying the hairdryer was in received in the warehouse and refund would be issued. I’m still waiting on that. Two investigations have been started (both saying I would hear back in 48 hours, neither did). I’ve just called again to no help at all. Really don’t know where else to turn. i love Dyson as a brand and have always has air treatment and hoovers by them but things like this really put you off. I’d love if someone could help! My airwrap stopped working - dissapointed in customer service, never going to buy dyson again

My airwrap stopped working in less then 2 years of non-frequent use. The customer service said that there is no repair or part replacement available and I just will need to buy a new product with 20% off of I bring them my old dyson. Seriously? For that price of the product and such a short term use all they can offer to buy a new one? Thank you Dyson, but never again. Completely disappointed.

Poor Customer Service Complaint

I’ve been trying to have Dyson custom service replace a hairdryer I bought this year that was not working since Jan 2025. A customer service agent agreed to do the exchange for me over the phone and gave me an email for me to send them the purchase receipt. After I email the receipt, the customer service just ghosted me (like really???) I’ve sent a few follow up emails and made a few calls but got no response. No one responded to my emails and people over the phone has been telling me that they escalated the situation and I should hear back within a week but I NEVER heard back from anybody. I’m disappointed with the customer service experience and I want the machine to be replaced immediately.

Dyson Airstrait™ straightener (Prussian Blue/Rich Copper) shows cleaning then shuts off

When I plug in the straightener and I press the power button nothing happens. When I plug it in and press the red reset button then the black test button it turns on and showing cleaning on the led screen then shuts off. I cleaned the filter and the plates, but that did not help. Is it dead?
