This is a great question. One that I didn’t immediately know the answer to.

I’ve since spoken to our campaign team and can confirm an email had been sent to a number of members with a registered MyDyson account, which had agreed to marketing permissions. 

In this email, they were offered a unique access code to apply against a specific machine for additional tools and accessories. Sorry you missing out on this.

If you’d not already, give our Joining MyDyson and registering your machines article a read. It might also be worth checking on your marketing permission for next time around.
