I won’t take names even thought I have them. I called customer service for an international return and replacement on tye 5th of June and the conversation was going well, but Chet for the fact the agent was to call me back in an hour to complete the registration process and guide me on next steps. THAT did not happen. On the 7th I called back and get stuck with a robotic human who did his best to put me off DYSON as a brand and I directly hinted that the company was only interested in help out a customer in need. He succeeded as he put the phone down on me after making me wait for almost 30 mins (every 3 mins he would come back on line and request more time) and finally he just disappeared. 
now why would ANYONE want to pay such a high price for any product with zero customer service. 
FYI - this does not happen with Dyson Singapore who are fantastic.
