I’ve been sent a trade in offer and nobody I know wants my V10 as I want to keep all the attachments if I upgrade. What exactly do Dyson expect back if you trade in? Thanks

Trade in....do you just send back the basic machine? I can hold on to the tools that came with it?

For our new UK Trade In offer, we’d need you to send us back the main body, wand and floor tool(s) from your current Dyson vacuum to be recycled.
You can keep your smaller accessories if they’re compatible with your newly ordered machine and you’d like to continue to use them. If not, we’ll be able to recycle these along with the other parts.
