Can I add detergents or cleaning solutions?
- Dyson 02 Probiotic hard floor cleaning solution is engineered to work with the Dyson Submarine™ wet roller cleaner head.
- We recommend using 10ml of Dyson 02 Probiotic when cleaning with your Dyson Submarine™ wet roller cleaner head.
- Dyson 02 Probiotic works to remove dirt and odours from internal pipes, tanks and microfibre rollers. Cleaning your floors, and your machine.
- Dyson 02 Probiotic should not be combined with chemical disinfectants, as they will affect the probiotics. Although a small number of probiotic microorganisms might survive, the aim is to build up a healthy population and the use of biocidal products will slow this down
Important: Please do not use bleach with your Dyson Submarine™ wet roller cleaner head.
Can I use another cleaning solution instead?
Dyson 02 Probiotic has been specially formulated to work with Dyson wet cleaners, like WashG1™ and Submarine™. We can’t guarantee that other formulations won’t cause excessive foaming on the floor or be incompatible with the plastics and other materials.
Can I add hot water?
Fill with tap water only, up to 35°C/95° F. Don’t use boiling water, as this could cause damage not covered under your machine’s Dyson guarantee.
